oh, my dear anon… i don’t know if you’ll come back and check for my answer, but here you go: i haven’t been on this blog in such a long time :) it was meant to be a personal blog about things in my life, you know?
haha, anyways. when i made this, we were playing chacony in g minor in string orchestra, and i must admit, it wasn’t my absolute favourite piece that we have played. but the simple and haunting melody of the bassline (i play double bass, you see) intrigued me, and it struck a chord inside me (yeah ignore the lame pun :P), so here you go :)
am i correct to assume that you are a Purcell fan? :)
